Wren's Cross
A village-edge neighbourhood on the south side of Lutterworth, walking distance from the high street and the River Swift meadows.
New homes across England
We're a regional housebuilder working across Central, Eastern, Northern and Western England. Affordable to buy, low energy to run, and laid out around the people who actually live in them.

Where we work
Each region runs its own land, planning and sales. They know the school catchments, the flood maps and the high streets, so a development fits its place instead of arriving from a national pattern book.
Leicestershire, Staffordshire and the towns along the M1 and M6.
Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and the Norfolk market towns.
Yorkshire valleys, county towns and former mill sites.
Somerset, the Mendips and the edge of the South West.
Selling now
A village-edge neighbourhood on the south side of Lutterworth, walking distance from the high street and the River Swift meadows.
A canal-side conversion and new-build mix in the Calder Valley, keeping the old mill's stone shell and adding homes behind it in matching gritstone.
A small scheme on the edge of a Suffolk market town, built in soft red brick and flint to sit with the older streets rather than against them.
How we build
We build fabric first. That means thick insulation, careful detailing and triple glazing before any technology goes in, so the home holds its heat and the running costs stay low whatever happens to energy prices.
Where we can, we build on land that has already been used. Two of our current sites are former industrial ground brought back into use rather than green fields lost.

Running costs are modelled figures for guidance. Your bills depend on how you live and the tariff you choose.
Part of something larger
Joining a national group gives us the land, the buying power and the financial backing of a much bigger operation. The regional teams, the local knowledge and the way we build have not changed.
