Marl Pit Green

Homes from

£342,000

3 to 5 bedroom houses

A red brick house with a cream door and ivy across the front

A small scheme on the edge of a Suffolk market town, built in soft red brick and flint to sit with the older streets rather than against them.

Framlingham is the kind of town people move to and stay in, so we kept Marl Pit Green small and built it to last. The materials were chosen with the local design panel: Suffolk red brick, knapped flint detailing, clay pantile roofs.

Only seven homes remain. These are the larger plots at the top of the site, with long gardens backing onto a retained orchard and views towards the castle mere.

The town has a weekly market, a secondary school with a strong reputation, and a station at nearby Wickham Market on the East Suffolk line.
